Meet the Practitioner

 Dr. Dominique Vonador is a Board-Certified Acupuncture Physician with a passion for providing gentle, effective, and patient-centered care. She earned her undergraduate degree in Biology from Florida State University in 2005, where she also competed as a track and field athlete.

Her career path shifted while working in a hospital setting, where she witnessed how heavily patients’ care relied on medications. Driven to find alternatives that were less invasive and more supportive of the body’s natural healing process, she was drawn to Traditional Chinese Medicine.

In 2014, Dr. Vonador earned her degree in Oriental Medicine from East West College of Natural Medicine. Since then, she has spent more than 12 years helping patients improve their health through acupuncture, herbal medicine, and other Traditional Chinese Medicine therapies.

In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Vonador is passionate about educating future acupuncture physicians. She previously served as an adjunct professor at East West College of Natural Medicine and currently teaches at Dragon Rises College of Oriental Medicine.
